Terms & Ethics Policy

All registered MCIF volunteers must adhere strictly to our code of conduct and ethics guidelines.

Contributions and membership fees are subject to MCIF’s approved policies.
Membership or payment does not automatically guarantee employment, salary, an official designation, or decision-making authority.
Coordinator and State Head positions require formal organizational approval.
Refunds, renewals, membership benefits, and applicable terms shall be communicated transparently before registration.

Volunteer Requirements

  • Age: Must be 18 years or older (Parental consent for 16-17).
  • Commitment: Minimum of 4 hours per week for at least 3 months.
  • Values: Strong alignment with our mission of community empowerment.
  • Background: Willingness to undergo a standard background check.
