MCIF conducts regular sanitation drives in adopted villages involving local residents and volunteers.

- Promoting Open Defecation Free (ODF) villages

MCIF organizes awareness programmes through community meetings, workshops, street plays, audio-visual presentations, and school sanitation education.

Disease Prevention & Health Awareness
MCIF conducts awareness campaigns on endemic and epidemic diseases including Malaria, Filariasis, Cholera, Dengue, Typhoid, and water-borne diseases.

Environmental Hygiene Management & Material Distribution
Special attention is given to stagnant water cleaning, mosquito breeding ground removal, application of bleaching powder/disinfectants, and hygiene supplies distribution.

- Distribution of soaps, phenyl, bleaching powder, and toilet cleaners
