MCIF aims to establish First Medication Centres in operational villages to provide accessible, affordable, and quality healthcare services as community health hubs.

- First Referral Unit (FRU) establishment for emergency cases

Health Camps & Pancha Byadhi Chikitsa
Organizing regular health check-up camps and special treatment focusing on five major common diseases affecting rural communities.
Key Activities:
- Pancha Byadhi Chikitsa (Five Diseases Treatment Scheme)
- Malaria, Hepatitis-B, Anaemia, Diabetes, and Hypertension screenings
- Vitamin-A supplementation campaigns to prevent child deficiency

Building capacity among health workers, volunteers, and medical students.
